All 3 found under this rock... One Female and two males.. Its not uncommon to find multiple males with one female in the mountains, yet I have never seen this in other habitats where the night snake is found. This record is for the first snake on the left of the picture.

If someone makes a request that includes night snakes, I ll change it. I promise..
Yeah...the database results looks really strange with 4 different kinds recorded in San Diego, when there's only two forms there according to SSAR and shouldn't be more than 2 forms tops...but I understand since they're not defining it well right now.
We have had this discussion before... I am leaving this name in protest of lack of current naming of them..
I think this should be San Diego Nightsnake "ochrorhyncha klauberi" on the coast or Desert Nightsnake "chlorophaea deserticola" in the desert.
