I believe this is Eleutherodactylus coqui. The individual in the photo is the one I recorded doing the "po-peep" call. The eye color suggests E. coqui but the call is a bit low pitched for that species.
You can hear the second individual answering this call.
These frogs were calling from roadside tree stumps after heavy afternoon rains.
