DIB (Dead in bird...though, technically, the snake was still alive at the moment of the observation. And for maybe thirty seconds or so afterwards.)
One of those, "I'm not sure how I feel about this" observations...
The snake was easily identifiable through binoculars. Less so in the photo, but I think it's still discernible.
