This was the 5th of 6 specks I spotted during my hike. The first at 6:14pm, and the 6th at 8:47pm. This one could have been a repeat from the 1st or 2nd specks of the evening as it was in the same area of rocks. This was the best shot I got of it, and I tried comparing to pics of the others, but since I only took insitu shots of these it's tough to make a 100% call on markings even when zoomed in on the pics.
