Notes
Very cool spot. Almost 100% sure this is Darian's spot to so no new population found.
Comments
Only because this population exists in a completely man-made landscape, and I'm not aware of another population of this species within at least 20 miles, including other similar habitat. So I just think it's likely that they came with the rock that was placed in this area. Then again, who knows.
Yea this spot is quite far from any other suitable habitat. I'm curious why your so keen to think this population is from another area? The range map's Ive seen show this species to be present all the way up the valley up to the Columbia River. Thought's?
Ha ha, that IS totally my spot (our spot!). I figure that population has to have come in on the rock that was dumped there, but cool none the less. Nice find!
