Notes
Snake was coiled around residential water faucet and enountered around 11pm by resident and dog...he appeared very green in color and blended in with the garden hose. Lots of shrubbery in the immediate area and lawn. Residence is rural and surrounded by grass covered mountains with oaks, pines, scrub oaks and shrubs. 12 rattles plus button. Markings were not distinct.
