It can be a tough place without researching. You went at a better time in terms of flipping.
Awesome looking Corn. I spent a few days in Florida the week before Thanksgiving. Was kind of a last-minute trip without much planning (found some cheap flights). You definitely saw a lot more interesting species than we did, nevertheless, an awesome state with beautiful habitat to look around in. Hope to return some day.
