Spotted on wall. Fence lizards also seen. Captured and photographed close up to demonstrate conclusive ID via back scalation.
Introduced population of tree lizards, possibly brought from the Colorado River area on boats used in recreation boating by the residents. Population was first discovered by Jim Bass in 2008.
