Notes

Spotted large adult snake I believe to be an Eastern Indigo at least 5-6 feet in length crossing dirt road as the sun was setting. It appeared to be heavy bodied and shiny black. It got off of the road quickly and disappeared into the woods. I was unable to get a photo of the snake, but did record its track. There had been lots of rain recently and there was still lots of standing water in the ditches and in the woods. It was over 90 degrees when I spotted the snake.
