I crawled into the vegetation to the edge of the water, which pools up under the main road in the culvert and wash, and couldn't find the toads visually. I was able to determine there were at least three calling.
Tried to attach a movie file as a voucher but was not accepted.

You should be able to extract the sound from your movie, convert it to mp3 and use that as your voucher.
You should probably denote the subspecies mazatlanensis for this record because this taxon has recently been split off olivacea. G. mazatlanensis should be a valid species and the AZ animals belong to this species. It will be easier to update the database records if the correct subspecies name is used.
