Notes
One dead Massasauga observed on a sandy road through Jack Pine. This DOR represents my first Michigan Rattler! The odd thing about the specimen is that it was dead on the road, missing the rattle and very end of the tail, but the rest of the body was completely intact and upright, as if it were alive. The kill could not have been more than an hour or two old.
