Significant find, people need to get back there and follow up. Snake River and border communities surely block any natural travel in the range they are known from in Idaho. My brother lives in Coeur d’Alene so I’ve checked into the herptafauna there in the past. Wish I had the time and money. Great record!

The finders were from out of state and figured the snake had already been found in OR. They didn't report the find until 2018 after they learned it was a state record.

Interesting find, did not think they existed in Oregon.
