Looking back on these a second, third, fourth time. They do seem to have the leg patterning of a "gray" treefrog, but that vague patterning is sometimes seen in squirella as well. The shape doesn't look like a gray treefrog and other than the vague pattern on the legs, these really look like H. squirella.

I have seen them bright green as well, your frog just looked skinnier than I am used to seeing.

Don, As far as I know, Yes. I consulted with one of my coworkers who is another herpetologist, and we do see some "green" gray treefrogs here. The giveaway isn't very visible, but the underside of the hind legs was bright yellow-orange.
