Ha!, nice. I spent many nights at the Falconer.
Yeah this one was on the wall next to the Royal Falconer entrance.
These things have been there for a long time-(I first saw them in '02 or '03). They are behind the bars and that alley that runs behind. I've seen them at the Broiler Room bar on their patio.
