Notes
Under a long thin reflector right next to an extremely busy road - the reflector that alarms cars of a turn in the road. This was way overgrown exotic weeds and grass in the vicinity of some oak savanna/old field with a smattering of recovering sedge meadow. This is in a part of the city/suburbs where the species is famous for persisting in less than ideal habitat - ie. old field/vacant lots etc.
I observed two smooth greens, the other literally vanished before my eyes.
