Yea, I thought that too. That's why I think it's probably an intergrate. The stripes could just be a dominant trait of the yellow rat snake. If it's not an integrate it's one rare oddity.

Cool. I was under the impression rossalleni didn't have stripes, or greatly reduced stripes.

It has a red tongue. There's an isolated population of them in Highlands county. Also, it was found in thick cypress swamp. It's most likely an integrate, if not, it's rossalleni.

Looks like a normal yellow to me. Beautiful snake though!
