Notes
San Bernardino City. Flood Control area. As a kid in the 90's, we would hike/play though this small area-(It's basically an island, surrounded by roads on all 4 sides, and bordered by residential homes on the East/West and South. In the 90's this garter was easily found through the most of the flood control area. Over the last years I have tried finding them again a number of times and came up empty. I have observed a DOR a few times in this small stretch though. This was a large adult. I first saw it just before 9pm and it didn't look too smashed. I came back by over a hour later and it was in bad shape. Bumemr to see such a large one hit here. Very hot morning.
