Did a u'ey to snap a photo of this large DOR king. Not many records in Amador Co for Cal Kings so I figured I would add this one. This is the 3rd Amador Co king I have seen this year since moving here, but the only one I have been able to photograph. The other two were road finds as well: another dead one I did not stop for and a live one that got away before I could stop and safely catch it. This snake was killed right on hwy 49.
