Saw 8 that were positively ID'd between 8:45am and 9:45am. None vouchered. They were right on the border area between San Bernardino County and Riverside County - according to Google Earth, these 8 were on the San Bernardino County side of the border. Others on the Riverside County side of the border vouchered under a separate database entry.
