Found under a small rock..

Snake did freeze for a photo after lifting the rock, but while getting camera out made quick dash (Wow they are fast)down the hole.. The best I could do without hurting the snake is hold the tail for a quick photo and release of the tail.

I have several "hold the tail" shots like that!
