Notes
Adult mudpuppy found actively hunting in a still pool of water on the edge of a gently moving creek. The water was very clear and the underwater terrain was a mix of small pebbles, silt, and leaves. There was abundant food in the area and the mudpuppy was relaxing in sight while eating its prey.
