Notes

Red-backed juvenile found relaxing in a mix of silt and small pebbles on the side of a rocky creek. The substrate was wet and the water was clean and calm. The day was clear and sunny with a fair amount of humidity. The creek was within a forested area with lots of tree coverage and leaf decay.
