I observed these people in a car reverse and run over this snake on purpose. When I pulled up, as I wasn't sure what they were doing and asked "are you guys okay" they said they running over this rattlesnake. It was obvious these 3 had been drinking and were drunk so I kept to myself and said "be careful" photo'd it after they drove off.
