I've only seen 2 of them.
They are lighter in color than a Black-neck, and the black blotch on their necks is very light. That's a very dirty one and a poor pic from my old camera.
That is a pretty cool snake. I've never seen one, and I am not sure I would ID one correctly due to how similar they look. I guess they are getting listed.
