Notes
These California toads were found on different parts of the road, with the first one being spoted on my first drive up the road at 2:06 AM. Many more were seen but not photographed. The other 2 were photographed at 2:36AM and 3:45 AM. I also had seen 4 tree frog species but my cameras flash would not turn on so i did not get any voucher pics to confirm which sub-species they were. The mouth of Whitewater road was only reading about 60 degrees +/- a degree, once I went back into the valley the majority of the road showed a air temp of 72 degrees with some pockets on the road that would drop to 66 degrees. The moon rose at 4:53PM and set at 4:06AM, it was very bright with a 93% illumination, The moonphase was almost full with only 3 days before the FULL MOON.
