There was some discussion regarding this population on the old forum, and the eventual consensus (using better pictures than what I have) was that they were indeed annularis. Even in my pictures, though, you can see the characteristic white spots.

This is a state record, as you say. I was not remotely the first one to find this population, but I think I'm the first one to document it anywhere. William Flaxington will note it when he publishes his book.

Also, are you sure this is annularis?

Is this a state record? I didn't know Tarentola occured in CA.
