Notes

Evidence of recent rain. Dozens of individuals seen, only two vouchered. I am calling these southern leopard frogs based on the apparent complete dorsolateral folds, pointed snout, and reduced spotting on the sides, as well as the fact that they were active well away from water. However, I am not 100% sure that they are not L. blairi. If anyone with more experience than I have with these two species wants to chime in on the ID of these frogs I would really appreciate it!
