Well, I may be wrong, but it doesn't look like any baby Western I've ever seen...the tail is not a dark enough blue and the stripes look weird...

Gary said he thinks it is skiltonianus based on Stebbins' note that the stripe usually stops abruptly near the base of the tail on gilberti
