Because I'm hiding the date (I do that sometimes)...and when you restrict the date it restricts the county too. It's San Diego county. My first king from SD county from 1985. Most of my restricted entries are to hide dates, but some are to hide the county names...I don't want certain people to go to those counties or search on the dates I hide.
