This map turtle had also been seen the previous day. General consensus seems to be a Mississippi Map Turtle, but other opinions are welcome.

It's a Mississippi...the 4th pic clearly shows the curved head stripe.

That's the two person consensus so far (the other being specific enough to say Mississippi Map). I put up some more pictures and there's a post on FHF if you want to look further.

False map? After looking at some pictures Mississippi Map looks correct.
