Notes
All five salamanders (along with an immature Yellow-eyed Ensatina) were found under some old logs along the edge of a gravel pullout adjacent to a large patch of redwood forest east of Ben Lomond, Santa Cruz Co., CA. Identification was based on morphology, location, and habitat.
