Notes
Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. Found under a small rock surrounded by heavy oak leaf litter. Also under the same rock was a single adult Santa Lucia Mountains Slender Salamander (B.luciae). The Ensatina was starting to regrow a missing tail and scurried away before I could check its eye color.
