Hi Art, Happy Holidays. No one has special privileges to view you records. Nate and I are concerned, because the QTY needs to represent
what is actually vouchered. There was a recent entry with 50 toads in it. Did you take all 50 to the ASU? Is every single specimen ID entered, without fail? Because we can't see them in your data, we have no way to verify that everyone of them is there. It would be extremely helpful if you included in the notes field, something like "all 50 ASU ID #'s were listed in this record" That way anyone requesting the data will know, they will be listed in that entry. And more importantly Nate and I won't bother you about it anymore. LOL

Nate & Brian, I figured both of you would have "special Privileges" to be able to view the complete record. If they can't trust you guys.....??? Those viewing rules must really be strict. But as you know, what is shown already, anyone can find all specifics online already. Art Cecil a.k.a. ADCIII

Art, if you listed all museum numbers in the provided box, then that is acceptable. The museum number is always hidden from view of the public even when selecting non-sensitive.

Hi Art, when you look at this one record, you see all 15 museum numbers listed? Thanks

Posted by Art Cecil on Dec 24, 2010 at 11:45 AM

They all have separate field numbers as well as separate museum numbers which were listed on the recording form. As all of my informatiom is non-sensitive, I don't see why they are not shown on this record.

I assumed Quantity was for number of specimens recorded as they are all vouvhered specimens taken at the same date and local. I have one other specimen taken two days later at a different local which has not been entered yet. ADCIII

I agree Nate..

If so, they all probably have separate museum numbers and therefore should be entered as separate records. (That is of course if you are entering the museum numbers.)

All 15 were deposited?
