You are correct- its a granulosa; I must have entered it wrong. Thanks for catching my mistake!
I am new at this myself and have regularly sought help with the newts, but based on the exceedingly dark color under this newt's eye, I would be inclined to call it a Rough-skinned Newt. How did you make this I.D.? -
