Found under slabs of bark next to a fallen and rotting Coast Live Oak on the Fort Ord Public Lands. Species level identification based entirely on location due to its similarity to the Santa Lucia Mountains Slender Salamander. Shots of the curled individual were made to show its relative foot size.
