Notes
I tried to figure out what sub species this is, but what I think it is not listed (Sceloporus magister uniformis - Yellow-backed Spiny Lizard is what it used to be. There is much confusion and debate over the taxonomy of this lizard. Is't taxonomy listing for mankind to be able to identify what something is? With todays confusing taxonomy, I am not able to "know" and define what something is. Ludicrous.

Thanks Taylor, The changes to this taxonomy a problem... No wonder I couldn't find Sceloporus magister uniformis.
Looks like a yellow-backed spiny to me. If you want to enter it as such, it is listed as Sceloporus uniformis in the database.
