Notes
turtle was reported to dive shop as injured and we went out and located it. Fishing line was wrapped around its flipper. We removed the line and gave it to a rescue agency where the flipper was amputated. After some rehabilitation, the turtle was later released exactly where it was captured. Many other turtles were seen at the same location. The turtles come to this area where fish come and eat algae off of their shells.
