I think most of the entities requesting data want at least a voucher, date, and specific locality. More than one has asked for only records that have GPS. If you don't have the date, then yeah, at least the year like you said. With digital pictures the date is often recorded in the picture info when you look at the file on your computer.

Thanks. I have left the date off all these entries because I never recorded the date for most of them. A lot of them I could get the date off of what trip I was on and so forth... but that is a lot of work. Most of these are 2010. I'll probably go back and at least edit in the year on all my entries. I just now have started entering info on H.E.R.P., so this season I will keep better track of recorded data for my entries.
