Cool record; this is definitely a Red-eared Slider, T. s. elegans in case you were curious.
As a general rule of thumb most would enter all 4 turtles as one record because they all can be seen in the same photo and just put 4 in the Qty and add each picture with the group shot in your vouchers. If it were different species then there would be a need for multiple records. Thanks for contributing!
