You might talk to psyon. He was able to run a script to import about 500 old records I had in a database. I then just went in and cleaned them up (and enter the vouchers).

i wonder if there was a way for the method "DOR" etc to be visible for people viewing entries or at least the owner, without having to hit "edit"?

I have a bunch more DORs to get in. I photo and GPS each and every one. The problem is I keep separate databases for the states I herp the most in (MI, OH) and don't have the time to add in the 3000 entries.

Yes sir, just hit edit and you can view and edit any information.. It's cool that you stop and photo, and enter the DOR's.. Soon I am going to post the 2010 NAFHA DOR numbers. It does only count those records that DOR entered in the Method field.. :)

Brian, I did. I have been trying to remember to enter them all as DORs. I just realized it doesn't show up when you look at your records? You have to go and hit the edit button to view the methods?

Hey Jason, did you enter it as DOR in the method field?
