Notes
I'm calling this cowlesi rather than consobrinus based on size and habitat. This lizard was much larger than the typical animals we called S. undulatus garmani (now included in consobrinus) that we were used to seeing in prairie and shinnery oak habitats just to the east of where this lizard was found.
