OK, but when you close all records it makes it tough to know which counties still need vouchers for certain species. Your counties will not show up on the species maps when they are closed. You are certainly free to close whatever you want, but it usually isn't necessary for common species found in large counties. :)

No problem Brian. I use closed as my default for all records. Also, the area I use has a very high population and no real human use and want to keep it that way. I have no problem releasing my info for proper use, just not open to all.

I'm confused...why have you closed all the info on sidewinder entries?
