Notes
I flipped this snake under a small piece of melamine at the base of a farm junk pile. The pile bordered oak/pine woodlands with lots of ground litter. there were adjacent ponds, springs and creeks near by. I have found ring neck snakes and smooth earth snakes in the same pile.
