I've done a lot of Leopard Frog hunting and recording in around central Texas in the last 12 months or so in an effort to figure out the boundaries. North of Bexar County, I have never found a sphenocephalus west of I-35.
Doesn't mean it isn't sphenocephalus, but I would want to be darn sure because that's a fair ways west of the nearest record.

We have both here. Maybe some integration? I wouldn't know though.
Tough to tell from this photo, but this should be L. berlandieri in that part of Texas.
