Notes
Found under old Sign 10 Feet from a major road with heavy traffic. Not uncommon to find old snakes living next to major road systems.Snake was old/large (5 ft long) with some scaring, but very thick bodied. The Yellow is most amazing I ve seen on San Diego Gopher snake. The snake is still alive and in captivity. Best guess to age is 20+ yrs old.
*Habitat is still intact (as of 11/07), but in extreme danger of development as most of the surrounding area is now developed or being developed*
