We found a dead kingsnake under a board, see first pic. The kingsnake had no wounds visible, but it was extremely fat. So we investigated further and pull on the king a little, and the king broke in half.
We that pull the lower half of the king away from the upper half and reviled this dead sharp tailed snake. The sharp tail appeared gravid, we should have cut her open but we didn't.
It is unknown why the king died while digesting the sharp tail, or if there is further reason for why the king died during the process.
