Notes

Saw two crows in the roadway picking at something. As always, I checked what it could be as I drove by but could not tell what it was. Turned around to see what it was and found a LIVE young gopher snake that had been fighting off the two crows. Snake had blood in it's left eye, but otherwise was not injured from what I could tell. Moved snake off road under a large Live Oak tree with plenty of cover to hide from the crows. Hope it makes it.
