Notes
Displaying male on the Rim Trail, Pinnacles National Monument. This individual is within the described range of the coastal subspecies, S. o. bocourtii. However, I am unable to distinguish the different subspecies, so I am choosing the more prudent course and leaving it at a species-level identification.
