Notes

Turtle was found apparently attempting to nest in a low spot only a couple meters from surface water in the marsh. The soil she had dug out appeared far to saturated with water to make a suitable nest site. I left her there and returned about 40 minutes later to check on her. When I returned she had left, and had left the hole she dug uncovered, with no eggs visible inside. I'm guessing she left to find a little drier spot.
