Found the first individual on a hiking trail and as I was following it around trying to get a picture I chased it into the range of the second lizard. They scuffled very briefly, did a bit of posturing and push ups, then the one I was following left. Also saw, but did not photograph, a female in breeding color in the same vicinity.
